This home holds such a unique story. The homeowner’s late father was a poet. He often wrote of the wildlife and fishermen along the Pier Avenue Pier. The father purchased parcels along this road for each of the children and this couple is the only ones to keep their lot and retire where so many poems were written. We joked throughout construction; the kitchen sink cost more than the lot when purchased in the late 70’s.
